How long have you been in business?
Design with Flowers has been in business for 21 years.
Where do you get your flowers?
Our flowers are sourced from several locations so that we can provide the best selection of fresh flowers for our clients. There are a few local floral wholesale houses that we favor along with the San Francisco Flower Market.
Who will make the arrangements?
Carol Ralles is the owner of Design with Flowers and she will create the vast majority of the floral arrangements. For larger events, Carol has other designers assist her while she maintains oversight of all of the arrangements in order to ensure that the client’s expectations are always met and exceeded.
When do you make the arrangements?
Carol will create all floral arrangements 1 to 2 days before the event so that they are both fresh and delivered on time.
Who will be at the event?
Carol will be at the venue on the day of the event to see to the proper placement of all floral arrangements and to assist with the pinning of corsages and boutonnieres. Typically, she will have one or two other individuals there to assist her so that everything runs smoothly.
Do you have a wedding package?
We do not have any packages. Each of our weddings is customized to serve the individual needs and vision of each client. It is the personal touch of every floral arrangement and the customized service we offer that sets us apart.
What is the price of your weddings?
Overall, our prices are moderate and on par with an average wedding. For a wedding with 150 guests and 4 bridesmaids, we would typically charge approximately $2500. This cost would include personal flowers, ceremony flowers, reception flowers, set-up fees, and delivery. To get a precise quote, we would need to meet for a consultation and establish the specific needs of the client.
